Tried to install android HU today

I'll see if I can ship it to them still. The unit was actually a great factory like fit, but I got a shitty one that didn't work properly. I'll probably try another one from a different seller though.

^It was packed fine. It's cheap made in china stuff so it didn't work properly...not the end of the world but still annoying.

I'm pretty sure aliexpress sells the screens for those. ~$40.00 shipped, if I remember. I had one screen go bad after a few years. I still have that unit in a box. If the unit in my van goes bad (other than the screen), I'll piece one together using the older unit with the bad screen. Otherwise I've bought 4 of these units and they have all worked great. I have one (Android 5.0) in my Sedona now, sold our Rondo with one (Android 4.4.4) in it and had one (WinCe 6.0) in our old Dodge Grand Caravan. I was going to install one in our 'new to us' Yaris, but the wife nixed the idea. Radio reception is bad in them and she wants this car kept as stock as possible. Best of luck.

It worked fine when I pressed down hard on the screen with my left hand and the rear harness was just right. But as soon as I let go it would look like crap again. So there was something wrong with the screen and with the harness connection in the back (the one on the unit not the harness it self). I decided that I didn't ant to have to use both hands anytime I wanted to press a button so I punched the damn thing. And it felt good. I still have it so I'll probably punch it again when I get upset.
