yaris rpm going high

Hi friends,
I am owning yaris 2015 sedan model. my problem is about rpm. when the car reach 120kmpl, the rpm goes beyond 3000. is it normal? and also after going constant speed at 120kmpl rpm does not coming low. and my fuel average is also less. kindly advise.

Once you go past 90km/h your fuel milage will go down.
