Dual bulb headlight bulbs

Hi, My 2007 Toyota Vitz 1.3 5 door Auto has a low beam bulb and a high beam bulb. The low beam is a high intensity white instant on type bulb and wonder if any one can tell me the type, when in case it needs replacing. There are labels inside the headlight housing warning of high voltage!

I'm pretty sure it's an H4, aka HB2 bulb. Don't think it'll be any different than here.

If there are two separate lamps then it will not be a H4. That is a single lamp with two filaments and three connectors.
