Passenger seatbelt light & chime

Out of curiosity... Before I change my instrument cluster, the passenger seatbelt light and chime worked perfectly.
Ever since I changed it to a Canadian cluster, neither the warning light nor the chime have ever worked. Could it be a fuse? If so, which one? Driver side works fine.

Any clue?


Note that passenger airbag-off does come on (as all the check lights) when you turn the ignition to on.

Because when I have people in the car, I want them to wear their seatbelt. So far I get away with "Fasten your seatbelt, or else you'll trigger the annoying chime"


But it bugs me, and I have to fix this.
