How to fix DTC u0129 and B2321

I have yaris sedan 07 (vios) with immobiliser key, and usually after run, then stop, and turn off car, i am try lock with remote, but can't locked.

also power steering, AC, foglamp, power windows , turn signal not working, but i can start the engine , working and i my car can run. then, i am scan it,and error DTC u0129 and b2321

I'm not entirely sure about your other problem mate. I had a cheap OBD2 scan tool which would trigger a U0129 code when i plugged it in but when it wasn't plugged in the brake light wouldn't be on and the ABS certainly used to work as normal.
