Hey all. I want to add. One Polk 8 inch sub to the stock oem head unit on a 2015 Yaris.
I will be using a kenwood 300 watt x 2 and running it bridged to sub.

Does the stock head unit have RCA out or do I have to splice into harness ?

I saw this device on ebay but the tech did not know how many volts the pre amp out is
and I dont even know if it is a pre amp out. From what I was told a good pre amp out should have 4 volts.

Here is the link

The other thing I need to know is how can I get the kenwood amp to shut on and off similar to P remote power remote so I dont drain the battery ?

I am trying to keep this as simple as possible as I just removed a shitload of gear out of my 2008 Yaris. Thanks.
