2012 Yaris not starting

Starter is clicking rapidly, battery and terminals good, tried jumping. Pulled starter and bench tested good. Put back on and clicks the same. Wires all seem good. Any help?

Sometimes a car won't start or jump if the battery has a shorted cell. Did you test the battery?

I did not actually test it, though lights are bright and when I put a charger on it is said full. Used jump feature on charger and no difference. Shouldn't it start with a jump no matter what condition the battery is in?
