No, they are Kobe brand 5 spoke 17s, I just added the TRD center caps for looks.

Thanks, but they are actually covers, 1000 poser points for me!!! they look amazing; I know I'll get flamed here because of them, but I don't care, they look cool, and I don't race my car, so I don't need to spend $3000+ on a real big brake kit.

The Tip is not TRD, it's an Ichibahn exhaust tip I got from a local tuner shop, very good quality.

The mirros, from almighty eBay. The caliper covers are from a vendor in Thailand. I'm going to add only one more decal, then I'm done!

For the untrained eye they are the real deal. For the die hard, hardcore ricers and racers out there they are crap... Who cares, chicks dig it!

It is a matter of personal preference. I think the JDM tails would look super hot on the car myself. I also think you should get the RS badge for the front grill instead of TRD, but thats MO. WASP the PAinted ebay covers look great, you should post a DIY for Vodka to add to his list. The car looks sharp, congrats.

I would lose every decal and badge on the car and those brake covers and drop it. The sad thing is you don't have any actual TRD parts on your car do you? At least get your self some TRD struts and springs and a sway bar, then you can merit those badges. Overall I think you have a potentially good looking ride.

Thanks dude!.. I actually love the badges and decals, they set the car apart from all those plain looking Yaris in my area.
As for the TRD credit, I have a TRD (japan original) shifter knob on the way, will that suffice? :wink:
I don't need all that expensive stuff. the car handles fine for what I need it. The badges and decals are just cool looking to me... 100% poser I know, but I don't mind.:smile:

Blen, I paid a local shop $170 for 20% on the hatch and rear windows, and 35% for the front, perfect and almost within the law. I didn't get a quote for the windshield, however they offered the sun strip for it for free, I refused it, don't need it. if I was to do it again I'll go 5% on the hatch, everything else is fine the way it is.

Just leave the "Type R" sticker off and you'll be fine. There's a guy on lamedomain with a lebaron that he "claims" is a Type R LeBaron, just look at the sticker! But for the rice factor, actually looks pretty nice. Around here, Wal-Mart rice is the norm :bellyroll:

Don't get me wrong I agree it personal choice. But IMO you are so close to a perfect yaris( by looks). The JDM tails would add the WOW factor. You have made me appreciate the white!! Can't wait for the DIY. :clap:

Here in NY you can see a bunch of tools who would buy a beat up '96 civic for $3000 and drop $10000 in crap like mega wings, overdone body kits(hanging of course) loud exhaust, carbon hoods with scoop and ridiculous woofers... Needless to say the car ends up looking like sh*t. Not too fast, but very furious!

the vvti badges just need to be moved over more and that would look great. i just got the "real" jdm ones yesterday and they will be installed today. i was gonna do the trd on the front grill but i didn't like the fact that a $30.00 piece of plastic could fall or get ripped off cause of doublesided tape.....
