Taillights

I have an 07 two door hatchback and I decided to order some rs taillights from Japan. My problem is that I want to make sure that they fit before I order them. Are the body styles from 05 the same as 07? Are the taillights the same from a two door hatch to a four door hatch? Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.....thanks.

usually the 05 is an Echo in the US, but in Japan the 2nd gen was released at the second half of 05. the above pictured lamps are for 05-09
