I ordered a tire from them and an hour after doing so, discovered I didnt need it.I called them back and explained the situation. The tire already shipped but they intercepted it in mid shipment and had it returned to them. No hassle or cost to me! :biggrin:

This was $40 for a tire from them and the best I could do locally was $100.

My experience with DTD, and the feedback from those I have referred to DTD, has been nothing but first class. Unfortunately, post purchase customer service here in the U.S. is more often apathetic or downright hostile. Kudos to Discount Tire Direct.
