Turn my car off but radio still on

Happens to me twice , that I turn the engine off and the radio still on. Also doesnt let me lock the car.

any ideas why its this happening?

I'm guessing that it's an after market radio, wired into something it shouldn't be or
a bad connection. Check your wiring and connections.

your radio should draw its power from the RED cable, aka ignition cable, if you haven't plugged it in there, it is possible that the radio is plugged to a constant 12V source, which in other words, is BAD WIRING
