2016 Yaris LE. Any suggestions on fixing an issue where the bumper end pops out when jarred (passenger side only). I pulled it out to demonstrate the extreme case.

If it's under warranty have it fixed for free. Otherwise try replacing the clip on the fender or just glue it in.

Glued it. Hopefully it will hold up.

My 2012 yaris has the same problem on the the passenger side too. Although, it is not as pronounced as yours. I usually just pop it back into place, but after awhile it pops back out.
Never thought about using those passwordjdm quick release to keep it secure. May try that if it gets worse.

I hope you don't need to do any work on the front end, like replacing a headlight. There isn't enough room behind the headlight body to pull the main bulb. You really need to remove the bumper fascia to remove the lens assembly. I ended up getting new clips for mine, but I've taken the front end apart probably 20 times since I've bought it for one reason or another. The bumper itself is also worn, so that's part of the problem. I have dreams of upgrading the '09 to the '12 or '15 cosmetic upgrade when I've got a spare $1k laying around. =)

The 3rd gen does not have the same space constraints as the 2nd gen and can be done without the hassle of popping the bumper cover and removing the light assembly.

What about the radiator? I have seen people completely removing that.

same problem here 2015 yaris coupe. same side passenger side. I was thinking about removing the entire front plastic and mount a tubular steel bumper. Toyota stealer prolly wants $175 for a plastic clip that is made to break. Toyota gives you the best quality motor and drive train 2nd to none and then surrounds it with cheap plastic crap. Totally redundant.
