3rd gear hold question

For some reason I had it in my head that I saw a thread about bypassing or disabling the cold temp 3rd gear hold.

Am I dreaming or just to dumb to find it?

Not concerned about hugging trees. But at times my daughter hits a road with a 55 mph speed limit within a few seconds of driving.

Imagine the pollution I'm causing. I put my car in 5th about 90 seconds after i pull out of my drive every morning. :eek:
