Thanks everyone. I wanted to get it in black or red. I needed one ASAP and didn’t have time to wait. My only other colour option was white. I see there is a red one in Quebec. If I went with the LE I couldn’t have gotten another colour in Ontario either. The sales manager said 7% of Yaris’ sold in Ontario are manual. Don’t know whar percentage of those are SE.

Seems Magnetic Gray Metallic is a second choice color. I originally wanted mine in Lagoon Blue Mica but that dealer wanted more money. Don't worry it will grow on you. Hides dirt pretty good too.

I would pref that gun metal color to white, red or blue. Matter of fact, for me it's black or gun metal as primary choices; just depends on the car.

Pretty much half the 2018 model year is over & the Yaris is all but extinct as a new car here in Arizona. There hasn't been a single 2018 SE in this state yet for sale, and dealers have either 1 token L/LE or no Yaris hatchbacks at all. Dealerships here also stopped selling any manual Yaris after the 2014 model year. I had to go out-of-state to buy mine in 2015. I have yet to see a single 2018 model-year Yaris hatch on the road out here. I also never see other 2015-2017 SE's on the road here. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the Yaris hatch was discontinued here in the U.S. before the new next-gen 2021(?) model is debuted. :cry: It's still a decently popular car in Canada, so should soldier on there at least.

The dealeships in AZ have plenty of the fugly little iA 'Yaris Sedan', however, if you don't mind buying a lower-reliability subcompact, with Russian-Roulette quality issues based on owner reviews of the 2016+ iA's. Seems like this is the future of the 'Yaris' here in the U.S. :frown:

Car looks great from the rear and finally has a wider, more-muscular stance, but that odd, disjointed tail light design-bulge from various side angles is a big turn-off for me.

That is correct. I wish it had navigation. I’m glad it has heated side mirrors.

The LE and SE have heated mirrors. The CE does not.
