I bought my 2010 hatchback 4-door in 2014 with 37k miles. I don't drive much. Now with 53k what extra maintenance should I be doing besides changing oil every 3-5k? My manual lists a whole lot of inspections but no specific hands on work other than the oil. I've heard transmission fluid and flush at 60k - thoughts?

As a guide, you can go to the dealer service department and have them print you a copy of the recommended service intervals, and what those service visits entail.

When was your air filter last changed? Schedule changing is at 30,000 miles. Actually changing the oil, the air filter and 30,000 miles and rotating the tires every 5000 miles is just about all you have to do according to the maintenance schedule in the handbook that comes with your car. . That and inspecting things like the brake hoses, ball joints, rack and Pinion steering, the CV joint boots etc.
Look in your owners manual it’s all in there
