I know it's been posted before but this combo freakin rocks!, car feels as stable at 90mph as it used to at 60, it tracks way better with uneven surfaces/crosswind too. The turn in isn't super aggressive to the point of oversteer but there definitely is less understeer and less lean.
It doesn't soften the super crappy roads as well as stock but it's well worth the trade off. Gonna keep this thing till the apocalypse :burnrubber:

Nice i just ordered the set plus the shocks, main reason the highway wonder and a slight drop for the wheel gap. Sounds good glad it worked out.

It’s good to hear that it transforms the machine. I also live in South Florida and I bought the TRD sway bar but not the springs yet. I cannot wait to cruise Alligator Alley at 90mph and keep up with everyone else.

No swaybar upgrade to my 07 Sedan, but lowering it on tein s springs made a NOTICEABLE difference with stability at speed. Totally changed the way it drives. Enjoy!!

did you drop the bolts to the lower position in the rear?

sorry digby i dont think im following what you're asking, i unbolted the top and bottom of the struts (nuts in the plastic covered areas on each side of the trunk) and put new struts in if thats what you mean, without unbolting the struts (at least the bottom) i couldnt get enough clearance to put the new springs in

it's the bolt for the pivot point for the torsion beam

i guess i got it backwards, "raise the bolts" is what i should have said...

thanks for the clarifying pics, nope i definitely didn't loosen those for my rear spring replacement. just found this manual again, it is the one i used. Also the front shocks and springs took me roughly 7hrs (much more challenging due to awkward positioning/seized bolts/specialized tools) while the rears took me only 2 hrs

I just installed the TRD rear sway bar on my ‘16 Yaris. Holy smokes! This thing should’ve had this from the factory. I feel like I just found the other half of my car. If anyone is on the fence or doesn’t have one, I would seriously get one. I tried installing myself but my floor jack broke so I just took it in to the dealer when I did an oil change and they had no problem doing it for me.

I also have one on my 16 Yaris and like it. I need new struts and springs though because I feel I'm pushing the suspension past it's limits while trying to corner hard especially after putting wider wheels and tires on it

The car rides great with the trd shocks and springs (sway bar also), i would say better then if the car was brand new. It rides more like a sporty car not a lowered car and i have had many lowered cars with the proper suspension. I got some s drives for tires and you can really hit some turns hard feels great. Some sports cars are probably like how is that dum yaris hitting that ramp so hard lol. Car has a way better stance also
