Took a road trip over the 4th of July week. Yaris handled it like a champ!

Thanks! Yeah the bright white raptor liner looks matte from a distance. Didn't do that on purpose, but glad with the way it came out LOL

Nice one dude, your trip seems to be pretty much a list of states i want to see in my next US trip.
Not much beats the Yaris as a road trip car. I myself am hoping to do 12 countries in 3 weeks in Europe in August with my Yaris.
Gave me a chuckle to see your choice of tyre. I've been running Falken's on my Yaris since 2011. I've been very impressed with them for what they cost.

I bet driving across Europe would be AWESOME. I've only been to Norway (Denmark, but just the airport) but It was crazy scenic. I can't wait to go back and visit more countries
Falkens are by far the best bang for your buck when it comes to car tires. They get decent mileage, great grip in the rain, and aren't too loud

My first euro road trip was to the Nordkapp at the tip of Northern Norway. I drove through the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark. 12 days driving North in Norway to the cape. Then south through Sweden, across the Oresund bridge to Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and home. Norway might be expensive but its unbeatable for scenery. Not only that but everyone speaks good English in Scandinavia.
My front tyres have done 45,000 miles and are still just about legal! I think the back tyres have at least another 20,000 miles in them. Despite being summer tyres they didn't do all that badly in the snow either. I was able to get a hold of them for £42 a tyre. The replacements sitting in my garage were £50 each. Not bad.

That must have been a great road trip! I've made numerous cross-country road trips in Canada, USA, Japan, and Taiwan. I'd love to do Europe in the future.

This thread reminds me of the times when there was no COVID and stuff, and the gas prices were not as high as they are now. It was a much better time than now.
