2005 Echo Sedan $1500 manual trans with power locks/windows

My moms 2005 manual trans Echo Sedan in Silver (262xxx km's) Shes the only owner and just purchased a 2018 Yaris and shes looking to get rid of this one. $1000 OBO If you have questions, or want to make an offer text/call 416-575-six-zero-seven-four. Located in Whitby ON. Car runs and Drives.

Went to get a safety done and this is what she was told:
-one strut tower has rust and could use work but would be fine for another couple years
-break lines are probably fine for a couple years but wouldn't hurt to be changed
-rockers panels are rusty

The GOOD:
-Woman driven it's entire life
-Still runs and drives
-Summer tires on rims (still have a couple seasons left on them)
-Winter tires on rims (still have a couple seasons left on them)
-manual trans (no grinds) with clutch replace 20k ago
-brakes have about 60%
-battery replaced last year
-Mint interior
-Kenwood Bluetooth single DIN with USB and Aux on front
-Rubber Floor mats
-Power Locks, Windows, and trunk release with alarm all work
-Clean interior
-Includes seat covers for front seats
-No Accidents
-Doesn't burn oil
-No Dash Lights

The BAD:
-Hood has some rust from stone chips (thanks 401!)
-Driver door has rust on the bottom
-Headlights are a little yellowed but are NOT cracked
-No A/C (didn't purchase this option)

Scrap? Man they'll give you like 100 dollars for it at the junkyard. If it comes to that I'll try to figure out how to get it so it don't die

I'll get some better pics tonight. Here is the strut tower with the rust. The drivers door has some rust on the lower section as well as the hood.
