Is 15x7.5j okay?

Hi there guys..

Been lurking quite a while on the forum.. this is my first post

I've been eyeing a set of enkei wheels for my '08 yaris sedan that are 15x7.5j with 195/50 rubber that i'm going to be using with stock suspension.

I'll confirm the offset but gathered from reading threads that it has to be 35+

With the correct offset is this a satisfactory setup? My first time choosing a set of aftermarket wheels for any car so please bear with me..

My biggest concerns are that it'll rub my fenders and mess up my wheel bearings and that my mpg will go up

i dont believe it would hurt your wheel bearings by any means, no more than any other wheel you might put on. as for the size, without being lowered i think you wont having any rubbing issues. a 195/50 is a very small tire for the stock suspesion, its a whole inch shorter than your stock 185/60. it may look rather awkward... check the wheel and tire sticky and search 15x8 end all questions. that will answer all your questions more in depth

They are indeed 1" (26mm) shorter than 185/60/15's and will look miniscule on stock suspension.

FYI, 15x7.5, ET35 will stick out 0.6" (15mm) farther. No big deal.

Think I'll change up the tire size then, what's the best looking of the lot on a 15x7.5j?

195/55's
205/50's
or stock 185/60's?

if your not going to lower it , i dont know lol.

185/60/15's are best fit on 15x4.5 to 15x7 rims.

With 15x7.5's, I would probably go with 195/55/15's.

For future proof's sake (if I want to lower it in the future) would 205/50's be ideal?

The drag dr27's are apparently 15x7 with ET10, what else do you think was done to get that super clean look? Like tires for one, lowering + spacers
