EcoFuel Gadget any good ?

I am considering getting one of the new EcoFuel gadgets which are supposed to cut fuel consumption and improve all round performance. The unit plugs into the ECU and I would like to know if anyone in the UK has tried them and if they are any good. Would also like to know where exactly the ECU is on my car.

Here is a video and a lot of commentary. You can draw your own conclusions. This device plugs into you OBD2 port, not directly into the ECU. The OBD port should be just under the dash to the left or right of your steering wheel.
