Starting issue

It is taking couple of seconds to start the car, but after running few miles it start instantly. What is causing it? any idea?

I have been having trouble as well,

what I have figured out is the batteries are quite small

seeing as I live in the great white north, I notice it chugs when it gets below -10c

when it was -21c it only had 1 or 2 cranks left before it wouldnt start.

My commute is long enough that the battery will charge, but if it sits for a couple days or it gets cold then the battery struggles

mine is a 2017 yaris 5dr se auto

anyone know if there is a larger battery that will fit?
