Can someone please advise what are the plastic fastner sizes used in yaris on

You mean like the plastic pop rivets used to hold the front bumper on?

Yes some called th3se rivets some say its plastic fastners

I think there are three sizes i have seen but it would be good if someone provide what type dimensions they are.

Also what size bolts nuts are used in yaris i think its all 14mm.

There are couple of nuts at the bottom of the front wheel i think they are 9mm
