Engine light on code P1345

Engine light won’t go out - at first the initial code said fault crank sensor, light still on. Next code said cam sensor, light still on. Then code P1345 said VVT sensor. Replaced it (albeit with cheap Chinese part) - engine light still on and comes up with same code.

Car runs well at all revs including idle!

Any ideas would be welcome

Have you actually performed a code reset, or just hoping they will go away because you dealt with the issues?
