Engine seems to turn but won't start

Engine seems to turn on 2012 Paris but does not start. We tried to jumpstart but didn't work. The belt turns.
It was a cold winter, with snow and it was left parked for a month or more. What might have happened? Last time it was used it was fine. TIA.

Water in gas leading to frozen fuel line is one possibility.

Things you need to do are check for spark and verify that fuel is making its way to the fuel rail.

Check for compression, too. Could have frozen and burst the head gasket.
