Hello everyone!
I bought my 2008 Yaris RS used 2 years ago and have been enjoying the previous owners modifications.
However we’ve had a long cold winter and the push button for the hatch won’t push in. I washed the car and sprayed the push lock with white lithium grease. The key turns fluidly in the lock however still cannot push the button and unable to open the hatch.
I also wonder if this is a secondary issue after getting the hatch window replaced after vandalism.
Any suggestions?
