I guess it's called an "Applique" (aka window molding).

For my generation Yaris, it looks like the left side part number is 75756-52020. Right side is 75755-52030. Not sure what model you drive, so best to call Toyota or look it up online (which is what I did).

There are also products that can be applied. Armor-All type products to make it look darker and more shiny or other, more aggressive products that kinda acid etch the plastic to make it look new again.
