LB Rear Window Sprayer, spry or drizzle?

I just noticed while trying to spry my rear window to get some dust off, that I don't have a "spray" of washer fluid like I do the windshield. Instead it looks like someone just dumped out fluid on the window. It does this both while driving and when still.

Is this normal, or should I see a spray?

i get the drizzle also. i'm not sure if it's "normal" for the LB to do this or not.
