what is the difference of reservoir with or without cold specs? i got an estmate for collision damage at a local car chop indicating i needed one wthout cold specs. i ordered one from a toyota parts center and was emailed back the reply that my vin required one with cold specs and that would be 2x the price as the one without cold specs. what is the difference and why different requirements. i re-ordered for the with cold specs but pictures of each seem the same to me.
