Air conditioner air recycle switch issue

Hello all,

Anyone have issues with their air conditioner recycle switch cable becoming disconnected and then not being able to switch between recycled air and outside air? I've gone in and reconnected it a couple of times now and its annoying. I cant see if its getting caught on anything inside the dash. Let me know if anyone else has a fix for this disconnection.

Opened it up and reconnected on the back of the controls. seemed to be moving freely. Possible that I didnt have the wires routed right back there. Might have just shoved them on without checking. I'll keep this post updated if it happens again.

this is a common problem, I just turned the knob very carefully so it didn't pop out again. You start to learn what a "normal" turn feels like vs one that leads to the cable popping off. It is annoying but it has worked for me for a while
