Rear brake lights (tail lights) replacement

I am driving a 2014 Yaris diesel and my wife drives a Yaris hybrid (also 2014). I would like to replace my rear brake lights (tail lights) with the ones her model has (LED's). Apparently this is possible w/o hassle. Can anyone confirm?

They will be physically the same, you have to compare the wiring tho, iirc the reverse light is in a different location (lower bumper on the hybrid)
