stuck climate control kob

2007 yaris hatchback manual

My climate control knobs are always getting stuck.
you cant turn the knob.
It was a new car issue.

any suggestions or way to fix this?

Mine get sticky if they sit for too long. I've been switching em to make sure they don't get stuck
