Hello,

Does anyone have experience with hardwiring front dashcam in Yaris 2019 (hybrid hatchback, EU version)? Ill be buying Viofo A119V3 which comes with ACC hardwire kit.

They are meant to be connected to GND, one circuit that goes live when you turn car on and one circuit that remains live when you turn car off. With that they can switch camera to parking mode when you stop the car.

My question is, which fuses to pick for the driving mode and for ignition detection?

Also, can anyone tell me what kind of fuses they are (ATS, ATC, MICRO2 or MINI)?

I don't have the car yet, but i want to place order for all stuff for dashcam so its ready on day 1.

Thank you kindly in advance

Now I am not sure how much the Yaris has changed between 08 and 19 but here is my experience.

When I hardwired the dashcam into my 08 Yaris, I ended up using the fog light and radio fuses for continuous and switched powers. For the ground, I found a bolt behind the dash between the driver and passenger to stuff it under.
