I was told not to use RCA as this will disable HU volume control.

Basically where do wires (RED BOX ) go?

Could I use same wires that power my headunit to power DSP,Or run seperate designated?

I am using this to improve my android headunit soumd.

Basically this is a pioneer HU without screen.

Here is how I figure it should go...

UPDATE:Just received unit.

The Instructions are vague at best and nobody has done video wiring install/turorial.

My understanding is all the speaker wires run into this unit.NO wires run into the Original headunit, accept the power/ground etc.

My question is how does the headunit know this dsp is even there with no communication between the both?

You would think there would be some sort of communication wire between the both?

Pic i took of wiring https://i.imgur.com/8KVpDHS.jpg

Or do I split all of the speaker wires and run into each unit?

Did you try to install the dsp and test it? At least I know there's no way this device run without a direction connection, that was the main thing my car-engineer told me at seo (https://www.seoplanner.com). ya' know. Anyway try with a wireless conection and see.

Hello, I do a lot of car stereo installs. could use some more info on the car: hatch or 4dr? speaker package?. Also what you are wanting to do with it; improve amplification to stock speakers? Add amps? Add a sub?
Thanks
