hello guys, just wondering if the sender units for a Toyota echo are different to the ones used in the vitz. ive recently swapped from a digital cluster to a rs analog one and the fuel gauge is showing a error by flashing all bars full then will stop flashing and show empty. so what im thinking is the senders need to be different???

any help and part numbers will be appreciated

Very specific requirements. You should always go with OEM on this.

The JDM RS shares the same sender unit as our ADM Echo. However, the sender unit for our ADM Echo that comes with the digital dash is different. Hope that makes sense.

So did your Echo originally have a digital dash?

Yes I converted it over to a analog dash. So I believe the sender unit is different as I went to Toyota today and asked for part numbers for them. One said fuel sender (W/digital meter /with tacho/KM/H. So I’m going to order it and hopefully it fixes the issue

Gotcha. I just looked up the parts catalog and it's that digital one that's shared across the models. Looks like part# 83320-52061
