Won't restart after running

2011 sedan starts fine and runs fine but if you turn it off to run in a store for 5 minutes you have to wait about 30 for it to restart. This started after my daughter ran it out of gas, we have changed the fuel pump thinking the filter may be clogged but it did not fix the issue. Any other suggestions?

I hope you used an OEM pump.
