Camshaft Sensor Bolt Size

Hello! New here and would appreciate some help as I fat-fingered the camshaft position sensor bolt and it magically disappeared into some abyss. Wasn't able to locate any specifics on the size of the bolt through Google or through forum searches. If anyone knows the size it'd be much appreciated. Thanks!

Google "common Toyota bolt and thread sizes". I use open end wrench to find the thread diameter.
