Hello everyone! Please help me with my oil problem. 5w30 or 0w20? I heard 0w20 is better for skirts protection in engine. My engine is 2zr-fe 1.8 dual vvti 2007. Zsp90. Thanks!!

Just stick to the Toyota recommended unless it's burning loads of oil

Either oil would be fine. Maybe run the 0W20 in winter and 5W30 the rest of the year. Are you having oil consumption issues? I have read that the 2ZR can happily use 0W20 - 5W40.
