2005 Toyota Vitz 1KR-FE engine shaking

Hi Guys,

First of all, I am a new member.
I have a 2005 Toyota Vitz (Japanese import).
It has the 1.0 litre 1KR-FE engine. It tends to shake when the A/C is switched on and also sometimes without it. The whole car shakes sometimes.
How do you go about fixing this problem?

Thats the way it is with a 3 cylinder engine without balance shafts.
So no fix for that issue, if normal service is done.

The car shakes a lot, that's why I was concerned.
So, according to you nothing can be done to sort this issue.
It seems at times as if the car is going to stall...

Saw a Suzuki Jimney behave the same way. Driver claimed that there was a loss of power.

Does that happen to you too?
