I'm not sure if I got this correct - are you asking how the light is switched?

If that is the question, the commin pin is conected to positive 12 volts and either the high or low beam pin is earthed to turn the light on.

I am asking..if you look at an actual yaris 3 prong headlight connecter which pin is high and which pin is low beam.

The picture is just an example/visual.

The headlight bulb is a 9003. The photo you posted matches the 9003 bulbs pin out.

Are you needing the actual pins wire colors? They are different between the drivers and passengers side headlamps.

Each side has its own fuse to feed 12 volts into the common pin for that side headlight. You tie the high or low beam filament to ground to light it.

Let me rephrase the question in hopes of figuring this out..

What color of wires are what.

Remember the pic I posted is RANDOM.I have no idea from what car it is from>

New question.

What wire color is low and what color wire is high beam..

For both left and right 3 prong connectors.

Thankyou!

Coul not find diagram showing actual colors.

I suppose I could have used multimeter to check voltages, but wanted definitive by wire color.

Thanks again.
