07 Sedan...sub enclosure under rear seat???

Ok, so Im wanting to build a sub enclosure to fit under the rear bench seat in place of the seat bracket. Ive searched ans searched but cant find anyone who has done this. Is there anybody out there??? Or anyone who knows if this would work and how to go about it?

I don't think there's room. The rear seats sit pretty much right on top of the floor panels, just above the fuel tank access panel.

But the bracket is essentially a wedge shape with the face side being 8-10 in. So if I took the bracket out and built a box with the same dimensions, as long as the volume of the enclosure is enough for the subs, wouldnt that work.
