Fuel Spews at fill-up

Hi!
Every-every time I fill up, the pump auto-shuts off... and fuel spews from the filler - down the car and to the pavement. I'm guessing a fuel vent may be clogged, but not sure if it's a pipe, other component?

Notes:
. Happens at every gas station - every pump.
. No Check Engine Light - ever.
. It's always happened. I'm now at 135K miles.

I had a similar problem due to overfilling. I would have to pour petrol slowly and sometimes with a jerry can

Vent clogged or tube kinked? Check ball somewhere is not opening? Take vent tube off and force air through it and see if you can feel it coming out of fillerneck
