Hi, I have a 2008 yaris the ac is not working I check the the compressor the electronic valve was stuck I order a new one, when I take down the compressor to replace the valve I find out the compressor is defective (the oil inside was dirty and full of metal particles) I need to order a new one.
I have to flush the pipes and evaporator .
Q what solvent I can use to flush them :iono:?
Q do I have to replace the condenser to? or can I try to flush it .

I replaced my condensor when I fixed my A/C system. They're pretty cheap. Also, with a new condensor, you get a fresh desiccant bag. I'd go for a new one. I assume you have a set of manifold gauges and a vacuum pump?
