Idle problem...

Hi there.. I would like to ask if some body experience a high rpm at could start.. I have a 2012 toyota yaris 1nz fe engine.. at could start it run 1600rpm then it after while (3-5min) it goes down to 800rpm.. but before it's not like that it was only 1000rpm at cold start then goes down after 30 sec.. what do you think is the problem.. thanks you!

cold start easily hits 1600rpm-1900rpm, it is normal

I'll be worried if it's at 1000rpm during cold start, probably it would take a long time to warm up.

Mine has always done 1500 rpm startup and cools down to 500 after a couple minutes
