Pancake Problem 2020

So since spring I've developed a pancake problem. I've tried every brand i could find, made them out of biscuit mix and even used some boxed yellow cake flour in the mix. I haven't met a pancake I didn't like.
I can't say same for one brand of syrup though- syrup can make them or break them :biggrin:

I blame it on the pandemic
