Strange engine noise

I cant seem to figure out what this noise is. It looks like the belt is slipping, it's tight so loose is not the issue.

It makes a screech at cold start and once I rev up it makes another type of noise. Not always. Just seems very random.

Take the belt off and spin the pulleys by hand. Look for loose or rough turning pulleys. If you don't see anything then start it up with the belt off, is the noise still there?

I tried pulling on them, firm, the belt looks fine. After the car idles 3 mins or so the sound dissappear. I tried adding water during the strange noise. Did not go away.

Could it just be that the belt makes noise ?
I guess I could try removing the belt and looking.
