2007 Toyota Yaris OBD Customizations

Does anyone know what customizations are possible on the 2007 Toyota Yaris via the OBD port? Carista claims it offers customizations for this model but I’m trying to justify paying their insane fees to enable the app.

Not sure but in Toyota techstream, the software the dealer uses you have limited options.
Turn off a few warning buzzers and a few settings with lights that's it.
