Program 3rd key 89071-0D030

Goodday,

I have a question, i have bought a Yaris 2009 europe, france made.
It has 2 keys, 1 with remote buttons for the door lock also and just 1 key with blade.

The number inside the key with the buttons is 89071-0D030.

Now i want a 3rd key with buttons to lock/unlock doors and start the car.
I have search on the internet and found on Aliexpress a new flip key with electronics inside with the right frequency/chip.

I have read several threads and found out that i need to program 2 things.
I need to program the lock/unlock buttons and the immobilizer to start the car.

Now i my question can i buy this key and reprogram it without techstream directly from the car ?
What is the right procedure to program the transponder and how to program the lock/unlock buttons.
