Automatic Transmission Shudder?

I've recently been experiencing a shudder in my 08 Yaris Sedan Automatic. It mostly occurs between 22-28 miles per hour, accelerating up an incline. It has just over 147,000 miles. I'm not aware of the cars history before 108,000 miles. I just had the fluid changed, but it doesn't seem to have done anything for this issue. Has anyone had a similar issue?

I kinda have the same issue. 07 Yaris sedan automatic 98000 miles drained and refilled transmission fluid at 86000 miles. It almost feels like there's a slight hesitation sometimes.
