Replace driver door panel armrest [2012 Yaris LE]

I'm looking to replace the armrest cloth on the driver door panel of my 2012 LE. After years of use, it's looking a bit worn down. I've done quite a bit of searching online and haven't found any replacement options... any ideas? Image below of exactly what I'm looking to replace (or possibly restore).

the best thing to do is replace the whole door panel, i tried reupholstering my own door panels and it always doesnt look right after, and usually the cost of having a specialty fabric shop restore that it cost the same as a new door panel anyway
