Rear seatbelt assembly help

So in disassembling the rear seatbelts 18 months ago, I misplaced the bolts for the shoulder mounts. I was able to find the right size and thread pitch of bolts, but because of the tightness, the seatbelts don’t like to retract properly. Can anyone check their rear seat belt mounts and tell me what parts I’m still missing?
